Additional Family Information (IMM 5406)

I would like to ask about the Additional Family Information (IMM 5406) form, in Section C , I have to write only the full brothers and sisters (same parents) or just the half and step of them (different parents). As well , the space they provide isn't enough for the whole brothers and sisters.

You have to mention all of them (with same parents as well as from different parents).
You can make an excel sheet (if there is not enough space available), as instructed in the first three lines
