I am adding my spouse to my application and need help regarding IMM 5406.
The instruction guide states that it needs to be filled by Principal applicant and spouse.
Which means one form has to be filled by me with the following info: Applicant - My name, Spouse - My Wife's Name, and My Parents' Name and signed by me under Section D
Another form has to be filled by my Spouse with the following info: Applicant - Her name, Spouse - My name, and her Parents' Name and signed by her under Section D.
Please correct me if I Haven't understood it correctly.
