IMM 1344A Spons, & Undertaking Section C #6 ?????????

I have read question Section C #6 b&c of this form a bunch of times and I can't figure out how to answer it as pertaining to question #6a. I am an American Citizen and living in the U.S.A. (Not an "in Canada" application) Can someone please help me.
