IMM 008 question

hi, I'm reviewing my documents, and am wondering if I can get a bit of help with question 13 C on the IMM 0008 form.

before we start i wanna make sure i understand this correctly. Since this form is to be filled out by the applicant (my wife since im the sponsor, right?) Does that mean that my name (sponsor)goes into section 13 C of the form?

It asks " provide the name of your current spouse/common law partner ,,,,

PS: im asking because i have my wifes name in that section, and i think that may be a mistake.

There is no reason to be confused...except you are filling the form for your wife.

13 c: This is supposed to be your name (Sponsor).

It is indeed a mistake !!!!

This form is supposed to be filled by the principal applicant (your wife).

And Q13 c ask for the name of her spouse/partner which is YOU.

How can someone be a spouse/partner to him /herself ?

Hey you aren't the only one. When I was reviewing our documents I saw I put the wrong date for our wedding! Among other things. All these forms and the wording can drive you crazy. The best thing you can do is leave it for a while and look at it with fresh eyes a few times before sending it.

Indeed it's always advisable to review several times to eliminate possible mistakes before sending the full application.

Imm 0008 updated nov 2015, but i submitted mine november 20 before iknew its updated..hope its gonna be fine
