Imigration visa refused .would U please instruct me to write a letter

good day

Thank you .I am a physician (Iranian ) and my imigration file was refused because my attorney did not say me that my specialty degree should be send ,consequently my imigration score calculated 65. He says canada embassy used to give score 25 to general physicians ,however they give 20 score to this education now. I called and asked other attorneies to help but they just offered re applying .Now with new IELTS result i have 72score and want to dismiss this lawyer and send a request to embassy to explain my situation .I am wondering if it would be possible to anyone help me to write this letter or instruct me how I can write it?

You need to be clear, what points did VO give you for each criteria:
Education, language, experience, adaptability, arranged employment, etc.

Before anyone can help, tell us your level of education, years experience etc so that anyone can say whether or not VO made a mistake.
Or you can just wait a few more weeks and apply again in July if your NOC is still on the list.

Dear Doc,

If you are MBBS, and I think you are!

You will get only 20/22 points not 25, as far as I know.. (Your consultant is a bit more optimist).

You can only get points for the info supporting by evidence already been provided to the Vo, It means ur new Ielts score Wont help u.

Yet if your qualification actually gets u 25 points, u r good to go with the re-consideration letter.

My case is really weird. In 2008 I sent an application for CSQ, after a few months I got a letter stating my application will be refused in 90 days if I don't send some supporting documents. Well I sent the documents and till this day I haven't heard a thing from them. It has been more than 4 years. what should I do? I alled the, to Montreal to check whether my application is still in process.the woman there told me she has an application in my name but she doesn't know if it still in process or canceled and she gave me another number to call on Monday.this s really frustrating. I will call them on Monday and tell you what happnes.
