Hi!

I am a Pakistani and settled in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia from last 1.5 years with wife. Wanted to apply for Canada immigration. My wife's sister is settled there from last 25 years. I have a question please advice.

Where should i submit the application?
Saudi Arabia ? UK or Pakistan? I wanted to apply from Saudi Arabia if possible.

First initial application to Nova Scotia and then complete/full application to CHC London, UK.
