I'm sitting at 456 CRS, do i have a chance this year?

I'm sitting at 456 and I have tried 3 times Ielts to improve my score. I have so fed up with Ielts and I have little chance to improve my ielts. So will they lower the score this year than last year?

we can keep hope till we are more then 450 points. hope that in 2017 the points will drastically reduce.

With points>450 you have good change of getting PNP nominations also.

The thing is that I cant get job offer here! so pnp is not available for me. I can only go with EE pool

With the current trend, PNP seems to be the only way out, unless the score for ITA falls.

there was some news from some IRCC officer that after October there will be draw size for 2K candidates and the points may lower till 400 so its all wait and watch game.
I think most of the pictures will be clear till Nov of this year. Don't loose hope till you have > 450 points

I also read about this. There was a video explaining that too.
Hopefully points will drop.

Well, that's a really high score! but if you have time and need more points, you can always improve it a bit, don't you think so?

The only aspect of the IELTS bloodbath can improve upon is going from a CLB 9 to a CLB 10 in reading, which will gain him 3 CRS points.
It's definitely not worth it for him to resit IELTS.
