I'm filling out my spouse sponsorship application for the second time. I got my UCI number when I applied for the sponsorship for the first time.. It is asking for my status in Canada. I became Canadian citizen when I was 10 years old along with my parents. So it is asking for my UCI number. So what is my UCI number? Is the uci number same as I got when I applied for my spouse sponsorship before? Or is it the uci number when I became a pr. But I don't remember getting a PR uci number as I was 8 when I became a citizen

1. UCIs weren't issued before 2002 Use the UCI you received with your previous sponsorship.

UCI number is not a must to fill in, you can leave the UCI space blank.

Not filling UCI is better than putting wrong. And also, it is not mandatory. They can fetch out your UCI by full name, dob and country of birth.
