I am trying to fill application for my mom and her husband. We are sponsoring 2 of them, does IM 0008 has to be filled by both of them or just principal applicant? Thanks

Just the principal applicant, but must list all dependents. However please note, new parent and grandparent applications are closed until Jan 2015.

Thanks! So IMM 0008 is filled by my mom (principal sponsor) and her spouse added as a dependent, correct?

Forms IMM 5669 and IMM 5406 to be filled by each of them?

I just don't want to have any delays we already waited 4 years since submitting original application.

Also, do you know if we have to pay Right of Permanent Residence fee on top of original Sponsorship fee that we paid when we submitted original application?
