Travel restrictions due to the Pandemic situation are currently as follows

Those who receive their CoPR and entry Visa (if outside Canada) keep an eye of any updates on travel restrictions as there should be a new policy any soon. This should be a temporary situation and should not affect your approvals even if if it expires, policies will be issued on time.

An applicant can Land before dependents or with them but not after them essentially taking consideration to arrange landing within PR visa validity and prepare proof of funds previously declared.

Family members (different than dependents) cannot join a Primary applicant however can be sponsored afterwards.
