Mine disappeared after they made the decision. It's normal with such a system to be less stable than what you'd expect. If you don't see it again in 2-3 days, contact the technical support to let them know as well as a CIC agent at the call centre to advise.

Nope, final decision -- when they practically issue the immigrant visa (or, in some cases, not).

I see. I didnt receive my PPR .. I had my Medical last April 24 and They received it May 14.
