Yes. If the original scores are still valid (IELTS has a 2 year validity period, probably CELPIP has the same).
While entering the data in your MyCIC profile, you can choose to enter whichever attempt you want. You can't mix and match scores from different attempts though.
Yes. you can give your higher score test ID in your MIC profile. and also u can edit your scores/test ID at any point of time if u get higher scores once u submit the profile.
