if you paid the extra 50 dollars for getting your passport done in 2-9 days ,will you get in on time ? or you have to have a travel plan and proof

Instead of all these question marks, you can just google the official website and have a look there, which takes just as much time as creating all these threads for the same question. Relax, you're entitled to a passport as a citizen, you're gonna get one.
As for the answer: contrary to the next day passport, The 2 to 9 days option doesn't ask for a proof that you actually need it...
