People in December have been taking oaths since April. Your visa office may be slow (for instance, Mississauga) but I would be calling them to know whats on my file or request GCMS notes. I would apply for the visas just in case. Hol' di faith... it will come through soon

Print it. Problem solved. Don't bother IRCC with this, with people still waiting 7 months to get their oath after their LPP have been completed.

I have heard this office is notoriously slow so its not just your file. I can imagine your anxiety so the only thing I can suggest is apply for the GCMS notes. Explain that you are requesting a status update.
