CAIPS Notes take 4-6 weeks to arrive. It's independent of the provider (all would take the same time).

You required to give your file no , name ,address and date of birth to your brother in law and you should be sign concent form and send scan copy to your brother in law , this concent form is available on www.caipsnotes.com. I personally used the lawpoint.ca its reliable and cheaper USD 25/-. They took exactly 45 days for CAIPS in my case
