If spouse sponsor does not approve???.

I am a Pakistani national living in UK. I recently got married, my wife is PR card holder.She was getting social assistance which we have recently stopped. She dont have any job. what will happen if she is not eligible to sponsor me????? Is it feasible to continue application process in second step without sponsorship is approved. Please help

If shes on disability she can still sponsor you. Hopefully you will get sponsorship approval
So rest depends on how you Application. Stay positive

Though she is not getting social assistance any more, But she is jobless. what will be the sponsorship application outcome without having a job????

Based on the social assisitance she has received in the previous years, she will need include copies
of her stubs, likewise a copy of her Tax return for the recent year.

What is your status in UK? International student/ refugee/ visitor
If she was on social welfare then she will have to get a job because she has to prove to immigration that she'll be able to support you financially for 3 years

Actually due to UK's worst economic condition we are planing to settle in Canada.

The fact that she was on welfare dosen't look good on her record as a sponsor. This is one problem I see.
Secondly she is sponsoring you and you dont have any ties to your home country, you are living in UK on temporary visa
Thirdly she dosen't have any source of income how is she to qualify for sponsorship undertaking

Canada is no better off economically either as you can see from many posts in this forum. There are very highly skilled immigrants doing labor jobs, pushing carts/waiter/taxi driver/security guards. I have yet to meet 2 or 3 people with success stories about getting a job related to their fields in this forum. The only thing we hear is a friend of a friend or some phantom person I heard got this job in their field as soon as they landed. Nothing genuine, mostly made up stories

Then they'll first investigate what medical problems she had and why she stopped, a full medical history with prof that she required to be on social welfare strictly due to medical problems. Then she'll need to show income and that she can qualify to support you financially for 3 years, from my experience its harder for wives to sponsor husband than husbands to sponsor wives. There are 3 cases I personally know which took over 3 years and all these girls had good jobs, they had a house, good bank balance etc. You could get lucky, you wont find out until you try

but I heard there is no minimum income band for spouse sponsor. Then whats the criteria to qualify?
