My address was changed and the processing was delayed.
I gathered all my documents from the time I sent my application.
My PCC and IELTS are past their validity of 3 months and 1 year respectively.
Do they still accept these PCC and IELTS reports.

ielts validity is 2 years and pcc validity is 6 mths so u still have some time left

in my opinion IELTS validity is 1 year and PCC is only valid for 3 months,thats what they have mentioned.
so i would say NO they are not valid in this case.

UK is right, IELTS has a validity of one year after the date of issue(for Canadian immigration purposes), and PCC is also valid for 3 months after the date of issue(for Canadian immigration purposes).

my last date to apply to local CHC is 5th of october and i have booked IELTS exam for 26 of september,and i hope i ll get results by 9th of october.which will be after the date of my final application submission.so after getting my ielts result should i send result to local chc or should i wait for them to ask me?and meanwhile should i send the english profiency letter from work and college?
any suggestions plz?????

Hello,

I am in also same boat. I have also IELTS test for 26th Sept and the deadline to send the complete application is 4th of Oct. My police report validity is gonna finish at 18th Sept. For the new Police report I have already applied and hope I would receive within some days. But the IELTS test result will come after the deadline to submit the complete application. In this condition what can I do? What may your suggestions??

According to my openion you should send your documents mentioning the date of your IELTS exam and describing them your proficiency in english with the help of your study ( medium of instruction etc)
and CHC will demand the IELTS result or you send this to CHC after getting result.
you have no other option .

i agree with you that by now we should send local CHC our compelete file with English proficieny/refrence letters from our colleges/uni and our work place,as im in an English speaking country so we can get them easily and they will be acceptable i think.afterwards as soon as we ll get the results,we should send them Ielts result with a covering letter.

if i sent my IELTS exam to local visa office few monthe later than 120 days, caz I did not still receive any letter from sydnye, by contacting visa office i know just my file # and visa office notify me letter for 120 days is already sent 3/5 months ago. will visa office accept that my dealy for submiting IETLS results???
