IELTS writing spoiled it!!

I got my IELTS score today , L:8.5,R:9,S:7.5,W:6.5


Now with this low score in writing Iam loosing 50 points, so from being in close range of the cut off, now I am at a CRS score of 380. Feel devastated. Donno what to do. Retaking IELTS or re-evaluating is an option but perhaps Im short of time since i wanted to complete everything before my next birth day to avoid loosing additional 5 points.

In a fix now re-test or re-evaluation. what if i dont score as much in my retest ?

Any suggestions.

Hi,

I have gone through the same situation. I believe retaking would be a better suggestion. You can improve on your writing skills . But if your taking retest make sure you apply it soon, else you might miss the nearest dated slot. Hope this helps!

Ask for a W remark...You can as well book another test while waiting for the new mark

Hi! What happened to you? Did you retake? I'm on the same boat! L:9, R:9, S:8, W:6.5

Planning on retaking the Ielts as well because I'm currently at 393 points. Aiming for 7.5 in Writing to get 441.
