I applied for Masters program in canada with IELTS 7 (W-6, R-6, L-7.5, S-8). If i get an acceptance letter from a university then will my IELTS result be an issue for getting a student visa? (Because of my Writing & Reading scores)

It's hard to say for sure.

Generally speaking, IRCC wants to see no scores below 6.5 for a Master's. You would be safest if you could re-write IELTS and achieve these scores.

However it's possible you might be approved with the scores you have now. We have seen both approvals and refusals on this forum due to language scores in your situation.

Well understood, but adding few more information's with this, All my Papers are legit and i have the full financial support but i also have 2 tourist visa refusal for canada back in 2009 and 2014. I applied in 2009 after finishing high school and 2014 after finishing UG (with no papers backing me up) but i was truly a visitor, i also went to canada in 2006 as a tourist and stayed for about a month. I didnt had any bad intentions back then and dont have any now. So getting all the information, what are the chances of getting a student visa and what is your suggestion?

I would say it depends on what school you've chosen. If you've chosen a decent school, they I think you should be fine.

If you've chosen on of the bad reputation / for profit schools, then I think it will be more difficult to secure approval (plus I feel it's a waste of money to study at one of these schools in Canada).

So hard to say more without knowing which school you've chosen.

Which is more important for a student visa, an average University (Ex: University of Regina) with semi-related/not related program or a Private University (Ex: UCW) with a related program? Keeping in mind all other documents and requirements are met.

Public university with a semi-related program. Don't waste your money on UCW.
