IELTS still valid but returned and marked as expired by CIC

You should be fine in this case. They would not ask for IELTS again.

Dear, vats my files starting process date was 09-10-12, and at that time my IELTS was not
Expired,,, it just expired in January 2013. ( even my PP and medical submission date was 19-11-12).
Pls refer this dates and do reply what you can say.
