I got L-7.5, R-5.5, w-5.5, S-6 overall 6Band, is the scores enough to get admission and VISA, please give me your comments.

The score is not enough. You need to get overall 6.5 and except 5.5 in any one of the modules. This is the criteria for centennial college. I would recommend to you take the IELTS again to meets the minimum requirements.

you can apply for 3 to 4 weeks English course in Canada with your main course ...................

chc is getting very strick in toronto .. the chances of visa are very low for toronto .. so i recommend you to also apply in university of manitoba and simon fraser as there r 90% chances of visa approval
