IELTS score

Hello all,
Could anyone please let me know if threre is any minimum IELTS score requirement for the skilled worker applicant (going to apply for PR).
If I claim that my English proficiency is high in each section what IELTS score (in the individual section) will be good enough to support that claim.
If I get 6 in each section will I get 4 points for each of the section?

6.5 in all except for listning which is 7 for full score

6.5 in R,W and speaking but 7.5 in Listening, to have 16 points
