It's too low to be selected. You need to have around 470 to be selected.

Easiest way to increase your score is usually to re-write IETLS.

well you sure aren’t an alpha when it comes to CRS score.
You have to push it above 460 to have a fighting chance this year based on current trends.

I took IELTS thrice. My focus was towards listening, by losing just half a point, I was at 393. Once I got the score intended, it went up to 444.

Practice is what is needed.
