Hi all I have got a score of 8,7,7,7.5(L,s,r,w)
And my hubby has got 6.5,7,5,6(L,s,r,w)

And I'm getttng a Crs of 445, me being the main applicant.
Is the spouse score okay? The agency said he needs to get a min of 5/5.5 In all bands, is it true?
Please help .. many thanks
Monica

He's the dependent so the agency is incorrect.

I would fire them if I were you.

It is not true. Your spouse does not have to take language test at all. But when he does, he will bring you points under following conditions:
5 points for basic 100 points score, if his language test from all skills is at level CBL 5 and higher. And then he will get you some points for the CRS score depending how he scored in each skill.

Hi sorry if my spouse is at CLB 5 and me the main applicant at Clb 9, can I include his scores or not ?

You can include his score. If he score a little more, you will get a little extra points. You've got to decide if the trouble and the cost of retaking the test is worth the few extra points.
