NO - the minimum score allowed for all four sections is a "6"

Your score therefore is ineligible.

Good Luck in the future!

What are you talking about.....

Are you asking how many points can you get based on your results?

What program would you like to apply under?

Dear Johnny ,

Thanks for the reply...

Is there any alternative solution for applying under FSW , my overall band is 5.5

Thanks

FSW 2014 will be terminated in 5 days and I doubt the new programs for 2015 will lower the language requirements - therefore your scores will still be ineligible for next year's program.

It's best if you retake the test. If you're able to score a "6" or above in all four sections - you'd be eligible for most programs.

Hello,

Question, the minimum score requires for IELTS to enter the express entry is it still 6 on each? Anyone have an idea?
I am struggling can't get 6, i have attended 4 times but couldn't make it. All my papers are ready, except the IELTS.
I practiced and fully prepared for the exam several times, and honestly i was doing well while practicing, but during the exam i don't know what is happening with me, it's the stress i believe and it's making a phobia which effects my concentrate during the exam.

Your thoughts?

Having a high score certainly helps you - BUT, unable to score a "6" or above in all four sections will most likely result in a refusal of your application.

Hi,

i have scored 5.5 overall band , can i start my application & re-submit my Ielts once i score 6 & above.

is that possible?

NO - your application will be refused if you do that.

The only advice is to retake the exam and get a better score (You need to have a "6" or above in ALL FOUR sections)

Hello everybody,
Please help me understand the points about IELTS:
1 - Federal skilled workers - minimum CLB 7. It means, that we must get 6 points each category? Sorry, but I dont find, where is 6 points each;
2 - Federal Skilled Trades Program - minimum CLB 5. That means how many points each part?
I appreciate your help. I was thinking about to realizing my Express Entry as Construction Estimators NOC 2234.
Thanks
