Does PNP accept IELTS within the last 2 years? or is it 1 year?
I was looking particularly for Manitoba PNP - any help will be most useful!

If anyone have applied for Manitoba PNP , please share your experience

I saw in some unofficial source that they accept a two year old IELTS test result up from One Year. Im not sure about your stream..

Check out http://dreamofcanada.blogspot.com/2011/01/on-canada-visa-ielts-requirement.html

Also, the IELTS test results are only valid for two years max (The test results says that in the certificate)

I hope it helps!

Thankyou luis4ever.
I am applying under the Employer Direct stream and the link does not refer to it so I was making sure that they would accept IELTS within the 2 year period.

hey guys,

If I got 6.5 in IELTS General, do you think they can accept my application for PNP in Ontario? I will be graduating soon as an MSc, I meet all requirement for the MSc pilot, but the only problem is IELTS.

please clarify this,

Jose

iam a pharmacist got nomination in YT, do i need to send Ielts result????
I am under category 0...
Please advice

The test itself, The certificate by the bristish council last for two years, so they "should" accept it. The minimum score, at least in my stream -AINP- is 4.0 in general training (Overal Score).

I hope this helps

Hi,

Are you in Yukon or outside Canada? Just wondering how you get your nomination? I backread your post that you applied FSW but now you got LOA from YNP?

Here's the answer for your question:

Foreign nationals who want to immigrate to Yukon through the Yukon Nominee Program are required to show proof of English or French competency as part of the application. The level of required language competency is determined by the Skill Level for the position, as defined in the National Occupational Classification Matrix.

A. Skilled Worker Category (Skill Level 0 and A)

Foreign nationals who are seeking employment in jobs that fall in Skill Level 0 or A, are required to have minimum scores in each category (Reading, Writing, Listening, Speaking). These scores are:
•6 for IELTS (International English Laguage Testing Score)
•4L for CELPIP - General (Canadian English Language Proficiency Index Program)
•4 for TEF (Test d'evaluation du Francais)

Hope it helps :)
