Ielts requirement for old applicant

I applied PR under Federal Skilled last May2010.They send me letters saying I'm eligible and they started processing our papers.We had our medical too. The Canada Embassy is now asking for my Ielts. I took the exam and got the ff results. L 6.5 W 6.5 S 6 R 5.. How much points will I get with my score? Can I pass this to Canada Embassy.? We are on the final stage of processing.. Please advise.

You may be in trouble, please check with embassy and also try giving IELTS at the earliest.
