IELTS Original or photocopy after 10 April 2010

from April 10,2010, IELTS is required at the application of the file to Canada for FSW.
I am wondering whether to apply with Original or Photocopy.

1. You still don't send it to Nova Scotia, you send the original with the application when you receive the 120 day letter.

Yes.......PMM is the most Senior Person on this forum.
So as he said that IELTS original need not to be sent to Canada and it needs to be sent to Local CHC.

As far as I know, when you send it, You need to send the original. We had sent the Photocopy and were asked to send the original.
