I recalled another question, confusing for me

there was mentioned 3 activities that are open all week.
1..?
2 guess it was surf kiting or something like that (I picked this one because it was the simplest activity of those 3)
3..?

as I listened the audio, every time they mentioned particular days, it now seems to me that probably the question was weekdays not weekly or something like, probably I made a mistake while reading the heading.

Also i remember questions about laundry machine, it needed coins, then it was a question about a RED bus (not sure about color but it was A) (this one was the first question I guess) and then the activity that was closed or suspended or something like because of the shortage of staff (I guess I picked C there, don't remember)

3. Some courses are not completed on schedule - TRUE/NOT GIVEN (I marked TRUE)
(Essay excerpt: Bad weather may result in longer time taken to complete the course
Irrespective of the cause (weather), it is categorically mentioned that course timetable may be impacted, I may be wrong)
I confirm this point, I picked TRUE as well, pretty sure about this one.

READING

SECTION 1: TRUE/FALSE/NOT-GIVEN

1. Can students learn some theory from these courses - TRUE
(It was mentioned that along with practicality, instructions will also be given)

2. All students must take a safety test - NOT GIVEN
('MUST' was not in the paragraph, you rightly quoted the sentence: "students are encouraged to improve their safety", so nowhere mandatory)

4. All schools provide the same standard of paragliding equipment - FALSE /NOT GIVEN (I marked NOT GIVEN)
(Essay excerpt: Schools offers old and new equipments to students.
We can not assume that old v/s new have different standards unless it is categorically mentioned)

5. The Shortest course is EP - FALSE
(This was the second shortest course)

6. All club members must take advanced level course. - FALSE
(Essay excerpt: 'MAY' take; therefore not mandatory)

7. For Insurance students needs to pay extra - FALSE
(Included in the course fee)

Basically, POINTS 3 & 4 are the real bone of contention.
According to me 3rd one has to be Not Given. Since he is saying 'some courses' but author hasn't mentioned that in the text, he is just making a generalised statement.

With 4th one I agree it has to be not given.

The tense of that sentence could not be in the past. It doesn't make sense as the article doesn't describe a post factum event.
There was something like some courses may take longer than it was scheduled or take longer (without may), or the time of some courses may be increased than it was scheduled.

some more points from reading:

example of operating old ship
old toys
equipment of modern ship (it sounded like example of modern ....something)
something about food (the last paragraph, even didn't read it, because that was an obvious answer)

Also, you guys mixed two different tasks, it looked something like this:

minimum norma - 16 buckets
mental quality of a worker - don't remember the answer
type of accomodation - bunkrooms
who is helping with arrangements - Residential manager
recommended type of transport - bicycle
how often the account is credited - Fortnightly

operational needs
you should schedule your lunch breaks in order to provide continuous service
urgent
team

the maximum amount of days you can transfer to the next year 10 days
