The letter they have asked us to write based on the question is a semi-formal letter. As per various ielts training videos and sources, eg-
, semi formal letters should end with "Yours Sincerely".
However, i think both Faithfully and sincerly are appropriate and don't think it matters which one is used as far their grading goes.

5. False - abusive words , hang the phone immediately

6. Ng- all answers are given in 1 week , as only acknowlgement is given in a week
This is incorrect, the correct answer is "F" because the question asks if complete replies are sent in a week, and the answer as you have mentioned is that they are not, only acknowledgement is given in a week's time. Hence the deduction that it will take them longer than a week complete to provide complete answers to queries received .

27. lift - not twist.. it is suggested to avoid lifting
I had lift as the answer but changed it to Twist after reviewing the question several times over after completing the section, while rechecking.
Twist seemed more appropriate for the question.

Formal dear sir. Yours faithfully
Semi formal dear mr.brown yours sincerely

That is how we are trained in the Indian educational system, wherein there is no demarcation between formal and semi-formal.
While working abroad for several years however, in most of our communication we used sincerely.
