IELTS general test for 2nd time

Guys,

For Canadian skilled immigration I have taken IELTS

Last Aug 2012 I have taken IELTS general test and I got
L - 6.5
R - 5.5
W - 6
S - 7

Inorder to improve reading I have taken IELTS again this 8th DEC 2012 and I got
L - 6.5
R - 6
W - 6.5
S - 5.5

Got Improvement in Reading by getting 6 but in speaking I got only 5.5

In speaking will they consider 7 or 5.5 ?

or do i need to again appear for IELTS general test Please advice !

I am afraid they can only consider one test as a whole and can't mix two tests. So you will have to sit again in IELTS general to acheive the required band of minimum 6.0 in each section. good luck to you.

Yes because it doesn't make any sense that they mix two tests. Only 1 test can be considered and the points awarded according to that. Thanks

i believe they will only require one test result, not 2, not 3. regardless if it is your 1st take result or 2nd or 3rd. they will base it in 1 result only..
