Your score is too low for fSW. You need to re-write and score at least 6 in each category.itskalyanram said:Hi All,

[Thank you]
The reading segment let you down. You need to score a 6 (minimum) in each of the 4 IELTS categories.itskalyanram said:Hi All,

Don't worry, you can take IELTS whenever you want, and the 3-month gap is not mandatory. it is just a piece of advice made by British council for test takers, stating that if one wants to improve their marks on the IELTS test, it is advisable to wait 3 months at least after the first try to do more training and to be well prepared. Anyway, If you feel that your score in first try doesn't reflect your real level, then you can book for the exam on any date as long as there are still avaliable places in the chosen test centre.nvrkrishna said:I have taken IELTS (GT) exam on 19th July 2014. Got overall bandscore of 6.
I want to retake the IELTS exam. Is there any time gap (of mandatory 3 months) should be maintained between 2 IELTS (GT) exams. I have read in few sites that a time gap of 3 months should be maintained between 2 IELTS attempts.
I want to retake the exam as soon as possible.
Please advice.
take it again, you are not qualified.itskalyanram said:Hi All,
