I have scored 6.5 band score with minimum of 6 in each in ielts in Academic. So, will it work for FSW2014 or i should go for GT again?

only General Training ielts will be accepted for FSW!

You should take Academic if you are applying for Universities/Colleges

Hi all! Do we need to have a photocopy of the IELTS TRF once we submit our originals? Coz i only have 1 original copy..i didnt get to ask for 2 copies coz the school that facilitated my ielts maybe didnt specify that its for immigration. So i only got 1 TRF. And its about to expire this june 21st so i cannot ask for extra anymore.

If you're asking about FSW, then your IELTS score is too low and you don't qualify to apply. You must score a minimum of 6 in each IELTS category. Unfortunately you have scored a 5.5 in Reading which means you're not eligible to apply.
