But the agent told me they will find me a job as well. Accommodation. Etc...

Job is an empty promise. You cannot work as dentist or even as dental assistant until you clear the licensing exams in Canada. It usually takes couple of years to clear them.

The maximum they will help is to arrange a minimum wage job ($14 per hour). It is fairly easy to get minimum wage jobs here.

Accommodation - don't worry about it. You can find one without the agents help.

Looks like the agent is desperate to make some money. Be very careful.

Hi,
Iam a Dentist with more than 2 years experience from India. Looking for PR. One Agent said I need atleast 7.5 in listening 7in the other 2. And 6.5 in remaining one. So that I get into express entry pool by gaining 67 score. Whats your opinion guys. Is it so difficult to earn that score from IELTS. If so I should register to agency after my IELTS. ?
Technically you need 67 points to enter Express Entry pool. So he is correct. However, If you can score CLB 9 in IELTS, you can easily get PR.

On the other side, if you can not score CLB 9 in IELTS, then you will have to try PNP programs.

To apply under PNP or EE programs, you need 67 points which is mandatory.
