This is decided by the educational credential assessment (ECA). You can be sure only after getting ECA results. Don't believe your immigration agent, he cannot decide it. He is out there to extract the maximum money out of your pocket.

There are plenty of cases where BDS was assessed as a bachelor's degree only.

Your cannot decide this. Your ECA should state that your degree is equivalent to masters/professional degree.

My advice is to get your ECA and IELTS done first. Calculate your CRS score yourself. Get an idea of how realistic your chances are.

If you see that you have good chance of getting an invite, you can use an immigration agent (if necessary) for documentation etc.

But also do note that agents are not at all needed. You can easily do all the documentation yourself by using this forum and Google.com

But the agent told me they will find me a job as well. Accommodation. Etc...
