They now have a recorded message when calling their call center that processing times for EOR has increased to 13-14 weeks. They also inform the same when spoken to in person.

Hey Guys,

I attempted IELTS academic on 24th Feb (Chennai).

Below are my scores:

Listening- 6.5
Reading- 7
Writing- 5.5
Speaking- 6.5

Overall- 6.5

I'm planning to apply for a re-mark in writing competency. However I'm sure that I had done well in writing when compared to other competencies.

Someone please guide me, if i would get 0.5 in writing after a re-mark. I need overall 6.5 with no band less than 6 & currently I'm awaiting offer from few colleges in Canada.

Hi All,

Received my IELTS score (GT) from IDP, Saudi Arabia for the exam conducted on 3rd March 2018.
Here is my score.

L: 9
R: 9
S: 8
W: 6.5
Overall - 8

I was expecting at least a band-7 in writing as well. Already applied for revaluation of my writing section.
Hoping and praying for an increase of at least 0.5
Should I re-appear for the next exam or wait for the revaluation report?? Suggestions welcome.

I got EOR result in 2 weeks , infact in around 10 days

Submitted docs on Saturday 7th April
( it was busy day for them -- ielts exam was happing that day at that centre and Monday , they must have taken off/holiday)

Till Wednesday (11th April) , they didn't charge my credit card , I called them and asked them for Acknowledgement.

They charged my card and sent an acknoledgement

Fast Forward , today is Thursday (18th April) ~ 10 days/ 7 days , what ever we count

and I got the result of EOR : Very Quick

but no Change in test result .

Anything Fishy here ?

Result in 10 or 7 days --too suspicious !!

My score was LRWS : 8,8.5,6.5,7 from BC KSA for test date 21 Apr 2018 and i applied for EOR on 07 May 2018 and waiting....

When would know if your EOR test scores has changed. Was it mentioned in the notification email?

I got a notification by email from IDP after 3 weeks that my EOR result is ready but no mention if result has changed or not. I wish i have a way to know before going to their office.

My current score is :
(LRWS): 7.5 9 6.5 7
I just need 0.5 more to get CSR 447!
