IELTS band score to CIC points

Hello everybody, may I know what's the equivalent points in CIC against the IELTS band score?

CIC Language proficiency level:
High (4 points) = IELTS band score equivalent?
Moderate (2 points) = IELTS band score equivalent?
Basic (1 point) = IELTS band score equivalent?
