To run the department in a management structure.

Outsourcing means buying goods from an outside supplier.


The speaker was talking something about reducing costs so I picked Organization of departments. Some even wrote size. So not really sure which is right

One last thing, regarding the Sidney Pass, when it said that for certain ferries you are supposed to by a different ticket what did you guys answer? True or not given?

I gave it as NG because that was not explicitly mentioned anywhere.
