Just got this email now!!!
We are writing to provide you an update regarding your IELTS result for the 20th January 2018 test.
As you are aware, your result is currently being analysed by the IELTS Test Partners. We appreciate that this may seem like a lengthy process to you; however, the IELTS Partners have a responsibility to all test takers, to organisations which accept IELTS scores, and to regulatory bodies, to ensure the highest confidence in the accuracy and integrity of test results. The decision on your result is taken by the IELTS Test Partners, and does not rest with the local test centre.
We should now be able to provide you further information on your result by Monday, 19th February. We will keep you informed of any change to this timeline.
We apologise for any inconvenience the delay in issuing your results is causing you. We know how important it is for you to have your result as soon as possible and we are making every effort to provide a decision on your result at the earliest.

I received this email too. why are they doing this?
We should now be able to provide you further information on your result by Monday, 19th February.
This means on 19th we can expect an update and not actual result....
Don’t be surprised even if 19 feb date gets extended as it clearly mentions they will provide next update and they are not sure about results.
Even the EOR results are delayed by additional 2 months apart from 8-10 weeks duration.
