If my husband just provides his birth certificate for the Identity, is this enough? or should he submit his tunisian ID and his italian ID as well? (the tunisian Id card is all in arabic, so we would have to get this tiny card translated and notarized?)
Because in this form I am looking at here, (A-1) of the Immigration guide for country specific regions (italy, because he is a resident) it says under Identity and Civil status documents:
Provide national Id cards, birth certificates, baptismal certificates OR other official document confirming relationship for you and each of your family members.
But we are not bringing any of his family to canada nor does he have dependents. So is this applicable for us?
also, it says "OR" so does that mean we can choose which ID to provide from this list?
(we also obviously have a copy of his passport already in this application)
