Do you know if your application was submitted online or was mailed ( paper based application) to New York Consulate for Intra Company Transfer ( ICT) Work Permit ?
Did you or your lawyer receive any communication from CIC regarding any missing document ?

Few users in this forum have mentioned that status of the application was changed in myCIC but email was not sent. May be you can request your immigration lawyer to check status of application in myCIC.
 
I think you should wait for couple of days and then inquire ,being a holiday season ,there might be some delays .Don't worry you will get news soon :-).

I think it was paper based but I am not sure, I have not contacted the lawyer yet. I was told it may take 5 months. I will send email asking her.
 
Even my immigration lawyer told me that I will get response in 5 months but most ICT WP NY "online" applicants in this forum have received approval in 25-31 days ( last 4 months stats ) . Please check with your lawyer and keep us posted.

My laywer told me that she has not receive anything yet from CIC. I will update here if I have any news.

Today ( January 5, 2015 ) , I received below email from CNGNYSP-PEWP-PT@international.gc.ca

Dear Sir/Madame,

This is in response to your email below.

Your application has been finalized. Please refer to your MyCIC account for further instructions

Submitted passports ( self and wife) today itself ( I live close to NYC ). Application tracker is enabled. Current status is "Passport in Transit to the Visa Office"
