I have a positive LMIA and Job offer from a Canadian Employer.
*This LMIA contents are bit confusing on the one hand It states that*:
This positive LMIA is issued with reference to your stated commitment to support a permanent residence application only (this means the employer will hire the foreign national only after the permanent resident visa is issued).
*While on the second hand it also states:*
WORK PERMIT OR PERMANENT RESIDENCY APPLICATION
Employers must provide copies of this LMIA Letter and the annexed Employment Details page to the foreign
nationals in order for them to apply for a work permit or permanent residency.
I seek an expert opinion to know if I can use this LMIA to successfully apply for a Work Permit, and if I can, what class of Work permit will that be. Please note that I am currently outside of Canada.
