As long as the documentation is correct you should be able to get it - the chances of denial are very low and are only there when the company is shady or the work exp is too less.

Make sure to choose the correct category- I am pretty sure your immigration team will help on that as they would know the process
Good luck !
ya thanks I just wanted to know the processing speed in this covid any idea ?

sponser visa is myth in covid situation more than a year people are waiting so I didnt consider it for now once reaching Canada we can apply for inland PR

If your husband is a pr why do u need a study permit or a work permit !
You don’t need any you can work or study without it
In IRCC website work permit processing time 28 weeks that's wat I am more worried will that much time is taken for it?

processing time for ICT is 2 weeks

that being said you situation is tricky - has your husband applied for a dependent visa for you as he is pr?
If that’s the case I don’t think u should even apply for a study permit - you will need to disclose that

ICT also u should perhaps check with a lawyer if it’s advisable to even proceed

If your husband is a PR holder, you should better apply for dependent / Open work permit visa.
For ICT, it is important to convince the Visa officer that you will return to your home country on completion of your work assignment. However, if your husband is a PR holder, Visa Officer will not be convinced that you will return back to your home country. Hence your ICT may get rejected.
If any of your application gets rejected, you will always need to mention and justify this rejection in every other visa you apply for in future.

So, its better to take your time, think multiple times, take advice from reliable sources before applying rather than rushing and putting yourself into trouble. All the best!

Infy will take 2 months atleast , to give you all the required documents to file ICT visa.
