Hi ankursiem

I have also applied under LMIA exempt category.

1). I am not pretty sure about this. As much I understand, It should be a letter from your employer that they have an office in canada.
2). Invitation letter from your new employer at canada office. It could be offer letter too.
3). Your highest degree/ work experience letters.
4). IMM5802 should not be required. That form no longer exists. (As told by my employer).
5). This is like a reference letter from your current employer in India (your direct boss) which says that you were an employee with him. It also lists how long you were in this job, your salary details and other benefits.
6). Not sure

Please comment here when you submit your application, we can discuss timelines.
Also have your employer paid "employer compliance fee"?

My GCMS pulled on 18th Feb 2017 and no movement has been mentioned after the file moved to NDVO on 20th Jan 2017. GCMS says R10, A11.2 passed and "appears to be eligible and ready to finalize"...

I'm not thinking to re-order GCMS once again...

Can anyone tell me, if my employer files my fresh work permit visa from India for Alberta Canada, probable visa application submition date is 27th March 2017, will it complicate my EE process? What will happen if I get PPR when my passport will be with NDVO for my fresh work permit visa application? Any thoughts guys???
