ICES Request

Any update. I found out on my Gcms notes that they requested ICES too. Also, they put my application on Hold. It’s been more than a year. Don’t know what should I do now.

Double and triple check your physical presence yourself would be a start. If you then realized you made a mistake in your claim, withdraw and start another application from scratch. If you're still at 1096 days and absolutely certain it's 1096 and can prove it, well, you can either keep waiting because the ball is in IRCC's hand, or consult a lawyer if you have the money to spare...

Did you call IRCC and check? You are very close to the needed days.

I called them a few times.Every time they say to wait because it is a non-route application. Very frustrated.

I applied for GCMS notes in which it says that it is 1096 days. And I am also certain that It is 109 days. However, I do not have any money that I could spend on lawyer at this moment. All I can do is to wait. Thank you so much for your suggestion.

Well, if you applied with enough days and your days are precise, the ICES report will confirm your claim and you should see the physical presence turn green in a few months (3 or 4 according to others in this thread it seems). So, just wait I guess.
Obviously, applying 2 weeks later or a month later or so would have saved you the trouble and significant time, but what's done is done, and the citizenship is for life...

Oh, in which case I'm unsure why IRCC would turn something green then double check it... They should put it back in progress but whatever. Good luck!
