ICAS processing time

Could anyone please share the timeline of ICAS . I have submitted my application november but still waiting.

I have applied for ECA through ICAS and they confirmed that they have received all the docs as on Aug 15, 2018 as per their website but even after the wait of 20 weeks i have not seen any progress and ICAS confirmed over the phone that they will take more time to do so. I dont know what to do . should i wait or should i apply as Graduate through WES.

Hi! I'm from the Philippines. IQAS confirmed that they received my application last Sept25, 2018. I got the hardcopy through mail last Jan18,2019.

ICAS is a horrible agency for evaluation. It's been a month and no update in the account. And if write them a mail they reply that keep watching your account.

If so many complaints have been made concerning ICAS services, why aren't they banned from offering their services? I have seen tons of disapproving comnents concerning ICAS delay in processing ECA. It's worrisome and disappointing.
