ICAS Evaluation Delays

Hi, I applied for ICAS certificate evaluation back in July 2016. They said it would take 22 weeks for the results. It has been over 25 weeks since then and they do not have an update yet. According to them they are still evaluating papers received 2 - 3 weeks prior to when I applied. Has anyone faced this issue? And if one needs to complain about it, how do you go about this?

There is a general trend of delays because so many people are using their services at this time. It's not strange or new. You can decide to be patient or follow up wit them via this link, http://www.icascanada.ca/contact/default.aspx

Hello everyone. I'm having the same issue but with IQAS. According to their website, processing time will take within 10 business days. It's been over 10 business days now and I still haven't received any updates from them. By any chance, are you guys experiencing the same issue with IQAS? Please advise. Worried applicant here.

Thank you. That's what I have been doing. I have sent them 3 emails so far. Their response is usually immediate and extremely polite. Guess I need to wait it out since I waited so long already.
