ICAS could ruin it for us. Send application now and ECA later?

Just to update everyone, we received the ECA from ICAS today, our application has now been picked up by UPS and is on its way.

We are incredibly lucky that it arrived just in time.
As far as ICAS goes, the company is a complete joke and you should avoid them at all costs, unless you HAVE to use them (which we did as WES don't recognise UK NVQ qualifications). The wait times are beyond ridiculous.

ECA received on Friday, application in Toronto sent through TNT. ICAS almost become a deal breaker. Hope Noc-0111 will not be capped.

Which ECA organization is the best ICAS, WES or CES (UT).

Besides BIT (Al-khair University) and MCS (PAF-KIET), I have two qualifications one relate to USA that is FLMI (Fellow Life Management Institute) from LOMA (Life office Management association and other relate to UK ACII (Associate Chartered Insurance Institute) from CII, London, exams of these were conducted in Karachi Pakistan,but the institutes are in USA & UK respectively. I have searched but could not able to find solution on WES & ICAS websites.
Please guide and oblige.

CES(UT) will take 15 weeks and have fees of $226 with $90 delivery charges.
ICAS will take not mentioned and have fees of $200 with $85 delivery charges.
WES will take 20 Business days and have fees of $180 with $85 delivery charges.

Please guide me keeping my above specific situation considered.

I need to know that how & who will evaluate/asses my foreign qualifications that is FLMI & ACII.

Please never use ICAS. As a matter of fact, if at all you have an enemy, never you refer him/her to ICAS. They will crash your dream. ICAS is a very inefficient body. This is the third month running that ICAS received my complete documents and no ECA report till date. I had to use WES and received my report in less than one month.

Bro, try to find the procedure while selecting UK or respective country on WES. I don't think so, exam center has any role. University's location matters.

Sir relevant solution found at WES site selecting UK. Also tried by selecting USA for my FLMI degree but no solution.
