It will be evaluated as master's as he did engineering which is 4 years course. They evaluate as master's if a person has done a 10+2+4 upto graduation. Anyone who has done a 10+2+3 like me gets evaluated as bachelors. So it become two or more bachelors for such people in their express entry profiles.

Got this reply from ICAS today "for the type of report which you requested, Assessment and Research consultants are currently preparing reports for files for which we received appropriate documentation on, or before, December 26, 2018"

This is mine and i got the soft copy through email on 29th aug 19.

It was masters from SMU DE (2010-2012) and got it evaluated as Mastersy only.

Sorry, what I pasted are all the details I received from ICAS. I had to send a form to my University to forward directly to ICAS. When and which doc ICAS received, I do not know, but I believe all the docs were received here:

This date is when they update the status the receiving date of all the documents is different
