ICAS CANADA - APPLICATION TIMELINES

My CRS now stands at 423 and I have no provision to increase it further except ICAS evaluating my SMU MBA or learning French from start to proficiency. This wait of another 25 weeks is going to shoot the expected CRS to 500. It seems by the time ICAS evaluates, the points will not be enough to match the CRS of that time.

This is so terrible. I was hoping they would be at december 20 or something. I am panicking now.. they are too slow..unbelievable

Unbelievable right? The crs will shoot up in November or December because of the huge influx os post graduates and it would be around 470-475 for sure.

yea, I am hoping CRS won't go that up. I will be left with no option if CRS is gonna go that high. I am hoping it will stay less than 465. I will pray for all ICAS candidates..i know what we all are going through...this is toughest time of my life. I hope I will get my report by September 21, because on September 21,2019, 35 weeks will be completed since they have received my all documents. 35 weeks is maximum processing time I guess!!!, anybody any guess plzzzz....my all documents were received on Jan18,2019. Waiting for some hopes from this thread...

I received an email from their side on Wednesday that they are working on 12 December files

This post was on the 7th of August, so I feel there may be a mistake somewhere. Still processing application of a single day after a week? If the reply was through mail, I know they take a while to respond so could be that they gave you last week's reply. ICAS is slow, but I don't think they are this slow. This is just me making an optimistic guess. I wished they were done with December applications

One of our group member reached out to ICAS yesterday and he got a standard reply stating they are currently at application received on 12th December.

However, when I contacted them last week they mentioned they are at 14th December. There is alot of descrepency in what they respond, every time someone reaches out to them.

It is also worth noting that they consider a different date for putting applications under review than what they mentioned on their timeline.

In my case, my application states that it has been queued up for review on 18th Jan 2019, however they are considering all my documents received on 18th December 2018 and will be processing it soon. I got to know about this ONLY after i contacted them for the status of my application.

If someone reaches out to them for status and have updates on date (that they arr processing), please do share on the forum too.

That's since like a week ago. There was early closure last December(holiday). They should be on January now. I don't know for sure, just hoping.
I did, over a week ago, still waiting for response. Takes about 10 days before they usually reply. I'll give you feedback once I get to know
